Inspired by the infamous poison said to have disappeared into cosmetics, medicines, and holy water bottles, the Aqua Tofana Poison Syringe Shaped Pendant turns one of history’s most notorious poisons into a dramatic piece of wearable apothecary art.

This antique-inspired faux syringe is MADE TO ORDER, crafted from glass and metal and filled with shimmering hardened resin designed to look like a potion permanently suspended mid-swirl. Aqua Tofana features a luminous silvery iridescent blue, reminiscent of our full-sized Aqua Tofana potion once shaken, catching the light with ghostly blue and silver flashes without the risk of liquid leaks.

Each syringe features a hand-designed antiqued Aqua Tofana label on one side. Because the syringe is double-sided, it can also be worn with the unlabelled side facing outward for a more mysterious apothecary look. An entirely label-free option is also available.

At approximately 6.5 inches long, this is an intentionally oversized and HEAVY costume statement piece rather than an everyday delicate necklace. Each faux syringe has its own tiny imperfections and quirks, so slight variations, asymmetry, or wonkiness are to be expected and are part of its aged, curiosities-cabinet charm.

The syringe tip is dull and non-functional. This piece contains no real poison, medication, or injectable components and is intended solely as wearable decorative art.
