Returns

Due to the handmade and collectible nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be cancelled.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Temperature Sensitivity

Our liquid potions are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

During cold winter months, items left outdoors may freeze and become damaged. During hot weather, excessive heat may affect the contents.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving their packages upon delivery to protect them from extreme hot or cold conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outside after delivery.
