Shipping policy

At this time, we ship withinΒ Canada, the United States, and Australia only.

All items areΒ CUSMA compliant, and customers in the United States and Canada should not incur additional customs duties or tariff charges upon delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped usually withinΒ 5 business daysΒ of purchase, but sometimes up to 10 business days after a new product drop.

Business days do not include weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

All orders are shipped viaΒ ChitChatsΒ with tracked delivery, which in the U.S. comes from USPS. A signature is required on all orders over $200 CAD.Β 

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, transit issues, or delivery timeframes.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, customers must notify us withinΒ 7 days of deliveryΒ (or expected delivery date for lost parcels). Claims for lost or damaged shipments are subject to the carrier’s policies and approval. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel, reshipping fees will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: For rural addresses and P.O. Boxes, additional shipping costs may apply, especially within Canada.
