Shipping policy

At this time, we ship withinΒ Canada, the United States, the EU, the UK, and Australia only.

In the U.S., currently all items purchased before August 13, 2026 areΒ CUSMA compliant, and customers in the United States should not incur additional customs duties or tariff charges upon delivery. After August 19, 2026, if the new tariff rules are put into place, prices will increase in the U.S. only to cover the new duties so we can ship to you Duty Paid (DDP).

In the UK and EU, orders are shipped Duties & Taxes Unpaid (DDU), meaning VAT, duties and/or handling fees may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed and shipped usually withinΒ 5 business daysΒ of purchase, but sometimes up to 10 business days after a new product drop.

Business days do not include weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

All orders are shipped viaΒ ChitChatsΒ with tracked delivery, which in the U.S. comes from USPS.

A signature is required on all orders over $200 CAD regardless of location.Β 

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, transit issues, or delivery timeframes.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, customers must notify us withinΒ 7 days of deliveryΒ (or expected delivery date for lost parcels). Claims for lost or damaged shipments are subject to the carrier’s policies and approval. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel, reshipping fees will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: For rural addresses and P.O. Boxes, additional shipping costs may apply, especially within Canada.
